2. Volume and site confirmed
We confirm quantity, access, tank or equipment details and agree a price for the load.
3. Delivery or collection scheduled
Fuel is delivered to your site or arranged for collection, once off or on a repeating schedule.
4. Invoice and reporting
You receive the delivery note and invoice, with PO handling and usage reporting where needed.
Common Questions
What does a fuel supply service include?
Sourcing and supplying bulk diesel and petrol, delivering it to your site or equipment, refuelling tanks, fleets and generators, and handling the paperwork — delivery notes, purchase orders, invoicing and usage reporting.
What is the minimum order volume?
Bulk pricing starts from the volumes shown in the price panel above. Smaller once-off deliveries are possible, with a small delivery fee for very small quantities.
How quickly can fuel be delivered?
Most confirmed orders are scheduled within one to two working days, and urgent loads can often be arranged sooner depending on volume, site access and distance.
Where do you supply fuel?
We supply nationwide, delivering to yards, farms, job sites, depots and standby generator sites, with collection from participating major fuel depots and storage facilities as an alternative.
What payment terms are available?
COD / COC (cash on delivery or collection), prepaid EFT, payment per delivered load, weekly payment terms and credit account enquiries. Weekly and credit terms are subject to WezzFuel approval and may affect pricing.
Do you refuel equipment on site?
Yes. We refuel fleets, plant and construction equipment, generators, reefer units and locomotive yard equipment directly on site, on a set schedule or on call.
